What is ALTN8

Through strong partnership activity ALTN8 aims to reduce alcohol consumption and the harm it can cause. Individuals are encouraged to make alternative lifestyle choices when they go out at night. This high profile campaign promotes a simple message: that small changes to alcohol consumption can make a big difference to health and life expectancy. ALTN8 therefore encourages drinkers to:
